SOCIAL EVIL AND SOCIAL MEMORY: HERMENEUTICAL ASPECT

Abstract.
The article considers the problem of social evil existence. The author believes that the ontological condition of its reproduction is Heideggerian “neglect of being” configuring the entire history of the Western culture as the development of the project of technocratic rationality and social progress. It is social memory, supposing thinking, which remembers performed evil and encourages that it never happens again, which can prevent the reproduction of evil.
