Abstract.
The XVIII century in Russia is a century of reforms in philosophy, the period of changing the very structure of philosophy, the emergence and development of new directions in philosophical knowledge. The feature of the era is the fact that metaphysical question takes the central place in philosophical search. Metaphysics in Russia of the XVIII century is closely related to anthropological, ethical, aesthetic problematic. The article considers the basic provisions of the pneumatology of the famous Russian philosopher of the XVIII century A. T. Bolotov in the discourse of native metaphysics.
