Abstract.
This work is devoted to the doctrine of modern Satanism and those organizations, which are practicing it. Analyzing the teachings of the western ideologists of Satanism, such as A. S. LaVey, B. Barton and H. Manson, the authors come to the conclusion that theories talking about the conspiracy of satanic organizations against humanity greatly exaggerate the problem. Satanism is dangerous in the first place not for Christians, but only for its adherents. After all, proclaiming a man as an absolute master of his life and declaring him infallible satanic doctrine deprives its adherents of development incentives.
