Abstract.
The article examines means for overcoming destructive juridical conflicts. The authors identify measures aimed to reduce conflictogenity and to increase legitimacy in behaviour. Special attention is paid to the process of identifying factors for preventing conflicts, on the basis of which the researchers worked out a technology to predict them and to specify preventive measures. The paper focuses on the analysis of preventive measures on improving the work of internal affairs bodies as factors improving law-enforcement activity.
