Abstract.
The article studies the phenomenon of game in the context of changing philosophical paradigms. Basing on the analysis of texts by Gilles Deleuze and other postmodernists the author confirms the thesis that the theme of game is the theme of the fate of philosophy itself. Perfect game, according to Deleuze, acts as a prototype of pure formation, as an infinite number of possibilities, and it corresponds to the interpretation of philosophy as logic of multitude. In the context of the denial of the metaphysical foundation of philosophy the whole interest of postmodernists focuses in the sphere of language.
