ORGANIZATION OF “NEW RUSSIAN SCHOOLS” IN OCCUPIED TERRITORY OF WESTERN REGIONS OF THE RSFSR IN THE YEARS OF THE GREAT PATRIOTIC WAR

Abstract.
The article on the basis of declassified archival documents of regional archives examines the problem of school education in the Nazi occupation zone: organizational measures on creating a network of school institutions, teaching tasks, curricula content, requirements for teachers and pupils, problems of teachers’ retraining in the occupied territory of the western regions of the RSFSR. In relation to secondary school the author uses the adopted in the instructions of the bodies of occupational power terminological conception “new Russian school”. School education is characterized as an integral component of the ideological brainwashing of the population by the German invaders.
