Abstract.
The article touches on the conceptual importance of methodological approach by H. Maturana and F. Varela. The author presents the basic characteristics of autopoietic structure, which is described from the viewpoints of implementing the principle of complementarity. The dynamics of autopoietic structure is revealed in the dialectics of historical and constructivist perspectives. The paper is a synthesis of gnosiological and ontological approaches in the realization of autopoietic structure.
