Abstract.
The article is devoted to the issues of the organization of social existence. Society, from the standpoint of synergetic approach, conforms to the laws of self-organization. The mechanism of self-organization globally activates during transitive, crisis historic moments, but locally self-organization and self-management exist permanently. For harmonious, correctly organized social life it is necessary to rely on the established system of management, and the more effectively the state copes with the managing task, the higher the level and quality of people’s life are.
