SAMPLES OF FOLK MUSIC OF THE TATAR PRISONERS OF WAR IN THE PERIOD OF THE FIRST WORLD WAR IN THE WORKS OF FOREIGN SCIENTISTS

Abstract. In the article the works of Georg Schünemann and Robert Lach are considered, the interpretations of the samples of the Tatars’ folk music made by foreign scientists are analyzed. During the research of the musical notations the author reveals the names of many Tatar folk songs: Сәфәр , Баламишкин , Дүдәк , Кара урман and so on. The study of the works of G. Schünemann and R. Lach allows revealing the peculiarities of the musical culture of the Tatar prisoners of war, their song repertoire and identifying the specificity of the musical notation of folklore samples.
