Abstract.
The article is devoted to studying the professional legal consciousness of law machinery staff in order to identify its structure. The author undertakes an attempt of the comprehensive study of such structural components of professional legal consciousness as legal ideology and legal psychology. The conducted analysis allows revealing the key elements of the structure of professional legal consciousness of law machinery staff, which are the following: legal knowledge, legal assessments, legal attitudes, and, of course, motivation to serve. Basing on these conclusions the author suggests her own understanding of the professional legal consciousness of law machinery staff on the assumption of its external-theoretical and internal mechanisms.
