Abstract.
The article analyzes the process of the social integration of young specialists into the sphere of professional activity, presents the results of a sociological study, introduces the author’s original model for the stimulation of employment developed at the regional higher education establishment (from the vocational guidance and recruitment of applicants to the assignment of graduates). The researcher identifies the specifics of the employment and adaptation of graduates at their first working place, introduces practical guidelines aimed to solve employment problems.
