Abstract.
The article determines the cause of the connection of Kondratiev economic cycle with the stages of the USA and Great Britain political development in general trend. The author bases his study on the principle of the unity of the humanities and natural-science knowledge about being. The use of knowledge on fundamental physical interactions in the solar system enabled him to find out that the cause of the unity of general trends is their consistency with cyclic solar activity.
