Abstract.
In the article the problem of the philosophical understanding of history, the dialogical nature of cross-cultural communication, which is associated with the study field of the problem of the other, is revealed. The author proves that, on the one hand, arguments about the other belong inevitably to history, and, on the other hand, the own paradoxical organization of history allows speaking about break with this history, when the historical examples of the exclusion/inclusion of the other contribute to its splitting and delimit the space of history effect.
