Abstract.
The article is devoted to the period in the history of Yakutia when the state bodies in relation to the non-state economic entities took a step from support and co-operation to destruction. For a relatively short period of time zemstvo bodies of government were abolished, co-operation came under state control; transition to hard state dictate in economy took place. The given historical facts are another confirmation of the fact that the dictatorship of political power in economic sphere was usually established not in one day, and had a short but transitional stage.
