Abstract.
The article is devoted to the study of the classification criteria of entrepreneurial entities. On the basis of the theory of the natural classification of general logic, the author formulates the reasons of the need to identify and differentiate the systemically important and non-systemically important classification criteria of entrepreneurial entities. In the work the system of the classification of entities created in accordance with the nature of the criteria themselves is presented, and the brief description of each criterion is given. In conclusion, the author notes the theoretical and practical significance of the given classification.
