SPECIFICS OF QUESTIONING AS INVESTIGATIVE ACTION ON TERRORIST CASES

Abstract.
One of the topical problems of modernity is struggle against terrorism, which is a serious danger to the basic right of a human being - right to live. The article aims to investigate the problematic aspects of counteracting terrorism by criminal prosecution, including questioning as an investigative action implemented by the investigator on terrorist cases. The author examines the criminalistic and procedural peculiarities of questioning promoting the detection of crime and putting the guilty on trial. The paper emphasizes the necessity for a special approach to questioning in relation to the underage suspect and accused. On the basis of the conducted research the author introduces practical guidelines aimed to raise the efficiency of questioning.
