Abstract. Avatar communication over the Internet creates new principles in working-out knowledge and constructing individuality. The inclusion of “Individual” into the framework of technological means (account, blog, site) produces a new mechanism of the construction of one’s own individuality. To become “everything” it is first necessary to split “everything” into hybrid forms. Avatar communication is a complex way of expressing new knowledge without direct necessity to refer to the author. Fleshliness and physical presence are not a necessary requirement of the reproduction of oneself, which allows us to talk about a new methodology of constructing individuality over the Internet.
