Abstract.
The article attempts to illustrate the problem of individuation in the context of the contemporary cynical form of the world outlook. The author analyses the peculiarities of the identification of the subject, who has accepted the cynical orientation of consciousness, and pays attention to the description of the social situation formed in such conditions. The researcher points out the opportunity to use the crisis of identification as a mechanism of authoritative control in modern social reality.
