VALUES OF MILITARY SERVICE AS A RESOURCE FOR MILITARY MEN’S SOCIALIZATION

Abstract.
The article examines the social expectations of different categories of military men from doing military service. The paper shows that differences in value hierarchies are determined by insufficient influence on the subordinates on the part of the subjects of socialization. The author proposes to optimize socialization activity on the basis of the dynamic use of the identified value orientations with a maximum potential effect taking into account the impact of social environment capable to influence the process of successful socialization.
