PROCESSES OF DEVELOPING SOVIET SCIENCE MANAGEMENT AT THE END OF THE 1950S - IN THE FIRST HALF OF THE 1960S (BY THE MATERIALS OF KUIBYSHEV REGION)

Abstract. The article examines the processes of developing Soviet science management at the end of the 1950s - in the first half of the 1960s at regional level: transition to the territorial principle of management, changing the methods, the consolidation of scientific-production relations, measures taken to solve the problems of science development at local level. The author for the first time introduces documentary materials into scientific use, which have not been previously mentioned in historical researches.
