GENDER APPROACH IN THE RUSSIAN LEGISLATION

Abstract.
The article substantiates the necessity of using gender approach for solving not only public, but in the first place legal problems. The ways of their solution should be directed at the achievement of just public equality allowing for the gender peculiarities of a personality and gender relations in the existing society. The author emphasizes the necessity of the grounded differentiation of legislation taking into account sexual character, which must correspond to the principle of the justice and equality of citizens.
