REALITY PROBLEM IN V. P. RUDNEV’S PHILOSOPHY

Abstract.
The article is devoted to the analysis of the reality problem in the studies by V. P. Rudnev, a follower of Tartu-Moscow Semiotic School. The author examines the prerequisites of the contemporary comprehension of reality as a sign system, and also explains the notion of semiotic reality in works by Rudnev. The paper contains the models of implementing the conception of possible worlds by the example of the work by A. A. Milne “Winnie-the-Pooh”. The researcher analyzes the process of the consistent transition of the idea of possible worlds into the field of the reality problem.
