Abstract.
The article analyzes the problem of the correlation of natural sciences and humanities in “Ikhwan Al-Safa” philosophy - a rational school of classical Muslim philosophy. The authors reconstruct the classification of sciences, summarize approaches to understanding and interpreting different sciences in Ikhwan Al-Safa epistles. Special attention is paid to the synthesis of sensible, intelligible and theoretical-logical meditation. The study focuses on discovering the place of the society and a human being in these sciences identifying the influence of sciences while transforming human’s vital activity as it is interpreted in the “Epistles”.
