Abstract. On the basis of “Lectures on Proust” by M. K. Mamardashvili the article analyzes the principles of amorous “pathematics” (the term introduced by the philosopher). M. K. Mamardashvili considers pathematics as knowledge guiding a human being in his/her spiritual search, promoting the interpretation of the subject’s internal life developing according to certain principles. Among the “pathematics” laws M. K. Mamardashvili identifies the following ones: the law of fundamental solitude, the non-substitution of particular individuals, the indifference of the matter of an object of love and the law of revival.
