AMATEUR ART OF THE END OF THE 1920S - THE 1930S IN THE CONTEXT OF POWER DISCOURSE

Abstract. The article, in the aspect of power discourse, examines representation of the amateur painter in specialized magazines of the 1930s, identifies specifics of amateur art of this period. Relying on the mentioned publications and works of amateur painters of the end of the 1920s - the 1930s the author analyzes thematic priorities and stylistic specificity of amateur art.
