RELEVANCE OF THE DIALECTICS PRINCIPLES FOR IMPROVEMENT OF LEGAL CONSCIOUSNESS

Abstract. The article is devoted to philosophical understanding of legal consciousness as a form of social and individual consciousness regulating human behavior. The paper substantiates relevance of dialectics principles of universal causation, development, objectivity, comprehensiveness and specificity for consideration of the problem of development and improvement of legal consciousness. They are a methodological basis not only for the analysis of legal consciousness and other legal phenomena. These principles can be applied in the study of all the objective and subjective reality of the existing world.
