Abstract.
The article is devoted to philosophical and legal investigation and interpretation of labour law as one of the types of social technologies. If technology is considered as an activity aimed to achieve a certain purpose, moreover, changing the subject of interaction, then law involves all the aspects of social technology including the humanistic aspect. The paper justifies “humanity” of labour law from the viewpoint of modern philosophy of law through the lenses of the concept “social technology”.
