Abstract.
In the article on the basis of regional archival and research materials the measures taken by economic organizations and state management aimed at industrialization of rural construction in the 1950s - the first half of the 1960s are considered. The author singles out the stages describing the state of rural construction, the arrangements promoting introduction of progressive technologies, and reveals their economic effect. The comparative analysis of the activity of construction organizations and their economic state is given.
