LOGICAL STRUCTURES OF GAME OPPOSITIONS

Abstract. The article discovers common features of binary oppositions and logical structures. By the example of G. Frege’s theory of meaning and J. Huizinga’s theory of game the authors describe binarity of logical structures, including those in game space. The paper identifies common features of logical structures and game oppositions, in particular, necessary existence of units, which do not refer to a certain opposition pole and exclusion of this component. The article concludes on similarity between logical structures and game oppositions and on their mutual tendency to exclude the third component.
