PROPERTOLOGY AS AN INTERDISCIPLINARY TREND IN SOCIAL AND LIBERAL SCIENCES

Aleksei Pavlovich Neugodnikov

Submitted: August 1, 2017
Abstract. The article is devoted to propertology - a global science on property, which discovers intra-disciplinary and transdisciplinary discourses of this institution, summarizes its social practices and develops on their basis a universal social theory of property. Such thinkers as Plato, Aristotle, Locke, Hegel should be considered as predecessors and in many ways founders of propertology. Propertology performs six basic functions regarding special scientific knowledge on property: ideological, methodological, diagnostic, prognostic, integrative and didactic ones.
