Abstract.
The work is devoted to the movement of land property of Tambov province in the post-reform period. The dynamics of the mobilization of land possessions, the territorial specificity of redistribution of areas among estates, the causes of growth and fall in the rates of purchase and sale, the most stable categories of land ownership are analyzed. The results of the work show significant changes in the structure of the landownership of the province, the instability of noble property in the region, the concentration of resources in the hands of large owners.
