Abstract.
In the article the analysis of Dzhavid Abduraimovich Kudusov’s life and work is presented. The role of the outstanding conductor in the development of the Crimean-Tatar culture and music in general is shown. The critical review of the book “Dzhavid Kudusov: Materials. Articles. Memoirs” compiled by F. T. Arslanova and I. G. Kovaleva is made. The article is the quintessence of information about the Master, his way and development as a professional; it reveals his vision of musical-performing aesthetics and pedagogical principles applied by the great conductor.
