The Russian national idea: a systematic approach

Abstract. The purpose of the article is to develop a system of the Russian national idea. Currently, it is necessary to move from the neoliberal ideology that has de facto dominated Russia for the past thirty years to an ideology that would meet the interests of Russian civilization and unite many peoples and faiths. To do this, the author turns to the concept of the Russian idea, explores its expression in the present, studies the trinity of society (politics, culture, economics), identifies politics as the structure defining the entire system of society, and develops a system of the Russian national idea on this basis. The novelty is the development of a system of the Russian national idea and the expression of its main paradigm at the present stage of structural restructuring of the country and the world, the assertion of the primacy of the political structure in the system of society, which sets the field of relations in which culture develops (the properties of consciousness and the relations themselves in society), as well as the socio-economic structure. The financial system has been identified as part of the political structure of society, since it, like other components of the political structure of society, sets the field of relations for the socio-economic structure of society. The developed system of the national idea has a universal character and can be applied to any other nation or state. As a result, it has been established that the essence, the main paradigm of the Russian national idea consists: on an international scale, in the formation of a just multipolar world; in internal development, in the formation of a socio-economic and political system that meets the interests of the majority, based on the preservation and development of traditional Russian civilizational values; in individual development, in the possibility of personality development. The system of the Russian national idea consists of three components: political (concept), cultural (structure), socio-economic (substrate). The political component contains geopolitics and domestic politics, demographic, financial policy as system-forming relations; the cultural subsystem determines the basic properties of relations through the development of consciousness in society: it includes philosophy, education, upbringing, religion, art, science; the socio-economic component consists of the economic and social spheres. Political relations are a concept that defines the entire system of the national idea. The energies of the system form its integrity and are determined by the dynamics of each component: the energies of the essence of the system (goodwill in international relations and domestic politics; geopolitical energies that support national sovereignty; educational, religious, and financial energies as regulators of social, socio-economic, and interpersonal relations in society; socio-economic ties). The developed system can be used for an in-depth study of its individual components, as well as for the formation of a comprehensive program for the development of the country for the future.
