METHODS OF DIMENSIONING ON DRAWINGS USING GRAPHS

Abstract. The article describes methods of dimensioning on drawings of elements of complex geometrical form. For the students, who began to study the discipline “Engineering Graphics” during the first two years, the dimensioning stage presents serious difficulties as deep knowledge of elements processing technique is necessary for successful fulfillment of this work. Graph theory can help, which allows working out an algorithm, and three-axis graphs prevent partial dimensioning.
