Abstract. Argotic phraseological units of the French language making phraseological-semantic group "Discontent which is the element of phraseological-thematic group Emotional conditions of person are examined in the article. Special attention is given to revealing structural-semantic organization of phraseological units used while characterizing emotional condition of person. During the research basic components of considered units and types of their variability are determined.
