FORMATION OF STUDENTS' SPEECH CULTURE AS THE PARAMETER OF COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE AND THE SUBSTANTIAL ASPECT OF PROFESSIONAL IDEAL

Abstract. The reasons of the low level of students' speech culture are analyzed and practical recommendations concerning its formation while studying the course Russian Language and Speech Culture at high school are given in the article. The content of the concept speech culture as the parameter of communicative competence and the substantial aspect of students' professional ideal is revealed.
