Abstract.
Remote education (RE) is not a panacea for all the problems in modern education because the resources of Internet-technologies and the opportunities of electronic training are not completely used yet. One thing remains indisputable - RE gives a person the wonderful opportunity to study all his or her life at individual rate not depending on time and position in space and the needs of every person are considered to be the most important.
