TO THE QUESTION OF A SCIENTIFIC TEXT RHYTHMIC CONSTRUCTION

Abstract. This article is devoted to the problems of scientific narrative style, to the lexical composition of a scientific text and, in particular, to the peculiarities of the rhythmic construction of a scientific text. The author shows that the presence of the different accent types of words belonging to the different vocabulary layers in scientific register leads to the inhomogeneity of a scientific text rhythmic structure which should be taken into consideration while studying this language style.
