Abstract. The influence of personalized factual strategies on will declaration parameter of performative statement is analyzed by the materials of the English and Russian languages of institutional discourse. The statistic analysis of factual strategies and the interpretive analysis of both the predominance of factual strategies in Russian texts and the compensation of this imbalance by other strategies (for example, emotive strategy) in English institutional discourse are offered in the article.
