Abstract.
The author considers the semantic interaction of lexemes in the structure of proverbial units, presents the categories of proverbial units subdivision from the point of view of the interaction of primary and secondary language codes and ascertains that there are the relations of interdependence or determination and also the relations of institutionalization of a nominative unit between lexemes.
