Abstract.
The intensive inculcation of new terms and notions as the result of common globalization beginning from the mid 90s of the XX century is characterized as chaotic. Thus, nowadays the problem of assimilation and bringing it in accordance with the norms of the Kazakh language is one of the topical issues. The advanced development of any society is characterized by close interrelations with other nations in all spheres of social life. The contacts between nations in political, social, scientific, cultural and other spheres are reflected in the language, especially vividly in its lexis. The Kazakh language, which abounds with loan words, is not an exception in this regard. When borrowings are subjected to the process of assimilation in the language-recipient it aspires to subdue them to its own laws.
