Abstract.
The author reveals the content of the notion emotional concept and its lexical-semantic field in Tatar linguistic worldview, and pays special attention to the analysis of emotional concepts, which makes it possible to identify universal and linguo-specific in the way of their conceptualization and functioning, allows studying deeper the system of thought of not only Tatar but Turkic languages speakers as a whole.
