Abstract.
The author discusses the topical problem for today - the linguo-culturological research of an orator's personality, analyzes researchers' views on linguistic personality, pays particular attention to the three-level model, which includes the verbal-semantic, linguistic-cognitive and pragmatic levels of linguistic personality description, also singles out and describes the characteristic features of the Russian, Azerbaijani and English national personalities, and presents their comparison.
