TACTICS OF IMITATED DIALOGUE AS ELEMENT OF EMOTIONAL INFLUENCE STRATEGY IN JUDICIAL DISCOURSE

Abstract. The author considers the peculiarities of imitated dialogue tactics implementation as the element of communicative influence strategy in the texts of the judicial discourse of Russia, Kazakhstan and the United States, reveals the general tendency towards institutional communication dialogization, and also ascertains that its degree is different in the concerned linguo-cultures that is explained by the peculiarities of judicial process organization and the concerned linguo-cultures representatives' mentality.
