TARTAR LANGUAGE AS MEANS OF SPEECH COMMUNICATION

Abstract. The author considers the problems of the formation of Russian-speaking students' linguistic competence in the Tatar language, which is one of the components of communicative competence, shows the system of work on the practical mastering of the Tatar language as the means of speech communication, and proves the necessity of teaching students to construct statements taking into account communicative tasks and properly using the most meaningful language units.
