Abstract.
The authors undertake an attempt of the analysis of the semantics and pragmatics of broker’s jargon professionalisms with the seme “price change”, which showed the following: professionalisms reflect situation at stock exchange, movement itself is essential in the mentioned economic notion, direction is less essential, and it is expressed contextually.
