Abstract.
The author reconstructs the conceptual relations within the framework of individual fragments of proto-Indo-European picture of the world basing on the semantics of proto-Indo-European roots derivatives and their meanings, considers the features of conceptual relations representation, which reflect both common and mythological knowledge on language level, by the example of concepts VISION and CATTLE describes conceptual relations, preserved and lost in cognitive and language pictures of the world, and also describes some features of elements perception, their interaction and categorization reflected in proto-Indo-European language.
