Abstract.
The author reveals the role of project work in the development of communicative competence of nonlinguistic specialities students in foreign language classes, and pays special to the importance of foreign language learners’ communicative competence in the formation of their readiness to solve production problems in cooperation with foreign partners in their future careers.
