Abstract.
The author considers L. Weisgerber’s philosophical and linguistic worldview formation, who was the head of the neohumboldtian school in Germany, pays special attention to the German linguist’s interest to the language social nature, its active character, and analyzes L. Weisgerber’s conception taking into account the peculiarities of its three-valued language model (sound form, content, realty) and static and dynamic aspects singled out by him in the language researches.
