Abstract. The author considers “Tourism” speciality students’ dialogic speech abilities and skills formation at the lessons of the German language as a foreign one, presents the dialogue characteristics as an oral speech activity type and describes the methods and techniques of the work on teaching the dialogic form of communication from the article author’s teaching experience.
